I have accessibility:blockautorefresh set to true. It doesn't work. The add-on that used to block the auto refresh no longer works after the Quantum update. There used to be an advanced tab where we could stop auto refresh, but that's gone, too. Just dealing with sites that refresh every 30 seconds and make you scroll down to where you were reading is bad enough, but websites just automatically refreshing while you're typing a comment, and thereby deleting everything you just typed over the last 4 or 5 minutes are the most annoying. On the next update, PLEASE give us back some way to stop those annoying auto-refresh websites.
