Autocomplete & suggestions: works in original page but not in additional tabs.
When I first open Firefox, typing in the search box (not the address bar) does autocomplete or make suggestions. However, when I open additional tabs by clicking on the + sign, a page opens with the search box at the top and below that icons of perhaps my recent history. Typing any thing in the search box on this page does not autocomplete or make suggestions. This problem is not new, always been like that. How can I fix this?
If on this new tab page, I click on the home icon to go to my home page first and then type in the search box, there auto works.
I have tried both it with setting yahoo.com and google.com as my home page. Same problem on both. Thanks.
