I can't sync up to Incredimail. Is it a problem with Mozilla or yahoo?

So where is incredimail coming from?

I have kept printouts of my transactions with Incredimail - ALL OF 'EM - so I know my email addresses for Incredimail; AND I know what my installation codes are in order to install cause they gave them to me When I try to install - after it Crashes - why does Incredimail say its own codes are not valid - why do they keep you waiting when I paid for a year's subscriptions to FOUR Products and I have receipts for them - why in all these cases am I still NOT in possession of what I have paid for What is the best address to email to - if you want a lucid answer from Incredimail
