When trying to access the menu in firefox to get options or anything else under the menu panel my browser eiterh A.) Freezes for about 10-20 seconds before allowing me to select something under the menu panel or B.) freezes and then crashes the firefox browser. I do not know why there is a difference in the results of the same action and both seem to occur at almost random. Please help
