How to simplify trusting self signed certificates

When I go to a page that has a self signed certificate I have to go through these three steps: Advanced -> Add Exception -> Confirm Security Exception

I have to do that many times a day (these are development versions of various sites and the certs are changing often). Is there any way how to make it less obtrusive?
