FF error message - Not Responding - was getting unresponsive script - that was fixed not get this new one
Now when I try to access a site or even open mail - get Not Responding - I click on page or top of FF Browser and it goes away after several clicks. Thanks for any help.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Thanks for the reply - but not sure if after holding down shift key if I should click on icon on desktop or start system in safe mode . Thanks again.

Thanks - did use the link - only got "not responding" once during all of my time online - The only plugins that I have are Shockwave and H264 Mozilla - also extensions are ecosia and yesscript. Thanks again
