After closing a tab or web-page containing an audio/video file, the "Plugin container for Firefox" continues to play the audio portion from the closed page in the background as secondary audio even along with any other audio playing on the active web-page; until shutdown manually with the Task Manager, which then crashes the player and requires a refresh to reload. The problem repeats itself after a while of continued browsing.
