Firefox update 52.0.2 keeps loading every time I start firefox. Asks me if I want to restart, then comes up again after restart. Updated to 53.0 Help

Everytime Firefox starts it wants to run update (Firefox update 52.0.2) then asks if I want to restart. When I do the same window pops up again. Never stops even after updating to Ver 53.0.
