I used to be able to 'scrape' web tables using CTRL-LClick, drag and copy+paste into a spreadsheet. No longer?

I used to be able to copy & paste web tables into a spreadsheet easily by 'scraping' the data using CTRL-Lclick, drag over specific contiguous cells, rows or columns and paste into a spreadsheet with very little effort. I can no longer 'select' specific cells, FF appears to be working like the other lame browsers when I need this function. Tell me it is gone!
