When I try to visit a website for which I am a system administrator (hawkai.co), Firefox does not connect. There is no error message accompanying this behavior, the URL field simply gets erased as if I had not typed anything at all. All other websites work fine. This website loads perfectly normally on all other browsers. Moreover, the issue persists across multiple computers.

This started earlier today, after I was working to enable SSL and force all requests to HTTPS. During testing, I visited my site and received a message along the lines of 'The owner of hawkai.co has configured their website improperly.' The site was trying to access https://www.hawkai.co when the security certificate was valid for https://hawkai.co only. I have since fixed this configuration.

Because this issue is occurring across multiple machines, I am very concerned that my site is blocked for Firefox users globally, which is a critical emergency for me. Any help would be appreciated.

This issue was caused by forcing HTTP2, which I have solved by removing the HTTP2 declaration from my server config. I diagnosed from the results of the Qualsys SSL server test: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=hawkai.co&s=45.79.162.224

From the results I can see: Server negotiated HTTP/2 with blacklisted suite RSA 2048 (SHA256) | TLS 1.2 > h2 | TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA | ECDH secp256r1
