Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
If your problem is with Thunderbird, let us know and we can move this thread to the Thunderbird queue. This question currently is in the Firefox queue for answers.
There are other things that need attention.
The System Details List shows that you have multiple Flash plugins.

You can find the installation path of all plugins on the about:plugins page.
You can check the Flash player installation folder for multiple Flash player plugins and remove older version(s) of the plugin (NPSWF32) and possibly (re)install the latest Flash player.

- (64 bit Windows) C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash\
The System Detail list next to the question shows that you run an older Firefox 44 version that is no longer supported with security updates. Always update Firefox and Add-ons to the latest versions to get all security fixes.
Please update to the current Firefox 45.0.1 release.
