I use a dell running windows 8.1. I have 2 accounts, one admin one non admin. I have had no problems with firefox for over a year.

Now it will not open to a full screen in the non admin account. It will show a thumbnail and reject a cookie but won't open. If i open in the admin account or from this account "as administrator" it works fine. It shows no crash reports. Any ideas? Thanks.
