What do you mean about it flashes ? Is it the whole screen, or just the Firefox window?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
While still in Safe Mode,

Experimental Features
As you are on Win 10, you should update the drivers of your Intel CPU, because many graphics bugs with Win 10 have been fixed since 7 months.
What's the model name of your Intel CPU?
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3317U CPU @ 1.70GHz 1.70 GHz
Do you mean this?

Yes, it's fine. I searched on the Intel website and it looks like you have already the latest drivers: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25188/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-10-15-33-
Does the issue disappear if you disable HWA? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/forum-response-disable-hardware-acceleration
OK i deactivated but didn't work.
