Just bought new laptop. Thunderbird won't transfer from previous one. It says password is wrong (not true!)
Am trying to update both my laptop and mobile and wish to access emails on both via Thunderbird. Just bought new laptop, and downloaded Thunderbird, but when I put in current email address and password correctly, I am told it is wrong! Why can't I just speak to someone in a Customer Services department to sort it out straightaway? I bet I have the same trouble when I try to do it on the new smart phone as well! New laptop have Windows 10 on it, incidentally.
