Can I contact customer by phone. Having trouble
I am new to using Firefox as my browser. Can't find the basics I need to get started, for ex. when I close a webpage, it closes the browser every time. Want to display favorites but can't figure it out based on the information given. Some of the bookmarks from Chrome aren't showing under the new bookmarks. Can I talk with someone for some basic help?

Want to display favorites To open the Bookmarks Manager, press the Alt or F10 key bring up the tool bar, and select Bookmarks. Hot key is <Control>(Mac=<Command>) <Shift> B.

I'm about ready to give up this browser. I needed to increase the WiFi speed so it was suggested that I stop using Google Chrome and use Mozilla Firefox, and it absolutely helped the upload speed. However, it is very difficult to navigate and not very user friendly. I'm not what you would call computer savy but I have a lot of experience with different systems working in Corporate America for many years. This one has me completely stumped, and as I read through the tutitorials, when I try to follow, it does not work. Is there tech support that can show me the basics: closing web pages, setting favorites that I exported from Chrome. Please help. Thank you.

Firefox has lots of things other browsers don't. Plus there are add-ons that give the browsers more options, themes, displays, and so on. Any question you can ask here.
Navigate: There are bookmarks you can place on the bookmarks toolbar for fast access.
