downloaded firefox but not running
new computer and downloaded firefox but is not opening. tried to delete it but won't let me as it says firefox is running and I need to close it before it will uninstall. It says it is running but I can't find it, can't open it and can't uninstall it. Now what and how do I find it if it is running?

Do you have the Firefox icon on your quick launch? Close Firefox. Right click on the icon and select Open New Tab/Window. Sometimes this works. If it opens, close it by Menu > File > Exit.

Use another browser, download the FULL installer from
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
Check your system requirements (just in case to be on a safer side)
Save the file. Then, open the PROGRAMS FOLDER and discard the OLD FOLDERS and run the full installer.
