"Ignore scaling and fit to page width" not working with some web pages.

Hi,

When I try to print certain web pages, the page does not shrink or flow to fit the page, even if I have the "Ignore Scaling and Shrink to Page Width" on OS X Yosemite. I also tried on Ubuntu (actually a VM on the same Mac) with FF 30 and, similarly, the "shrink to fit" button in Print Preview doesn't have any affect.
