after log on in firefox,Outlook.office365 in permanent 'still working on it'
Suddenly today after logging in my email account in outlook.office365.com in firefox, I get message 'still working on it' with spinning clock running continuously and account will not open further. I can get into my email account in explorer (version 11.0.11) without problem on same laptop. I also tried on my other laptop with same result -same outlook message via firefox, but can get into my account via explorer. Previously to today I had no trouble getting into my outlook.office365 email account in firefox ( version 31.0)

try to clear the cache & cookies from office365.com and reload the page.
Did both of these but no change. Additionally if I go to mail.office365.com/ web site and click link, it immediately opens into my mail inbox message 'still working on it'. So I am permanently logged in? outlook.office365.com cookies permanently stored in privacy / 'shows cookies' click opened.

Without reset, I waited till 'keep logged in' expired and re logged in and all is OK now.
