Hello. I love my Firefox but the latest Version 148 has removed Ai from providing any information when I search for anything in the search bar. I have went to my settings and enabled Ai to work and everything below says available, but no matter what I try to look for, Ai just says its 'thinking'. Please help! Thank you.

Very often, Firefox asks at startup: “Should I open Firefox every time I restart my computer?” I don’t need this function, how can I remove this request forever?

I have really liked using the "refresh" button with my Firefox browser. The "refresh" button has disappeared from one of my two Dell PC's (I use Windows Eleven, and my Dell PC's have solid state drive). I know there are two other "help" buttons ("troubleshoot mode" and "clear startup cache"). The "refresh" button has really helped me to keep my Firefox browser working properly with my two Dell PC's. Thank you for any comments you might have about this.

Hello! I have a damaged 4,7 GB Sent folder (file). Unfortunately, the antivirus or else software did something, so the folder in Thunderbird is shown but empty. I did try to rebuild and fix in Thunderbird but this did not work. How can I rescue my mails? Is there a document somewhere that gives the meanings/explanations of all the choices when selecting settings for a Thunderbird account ? When I go through the settings there are many choices that I do not know what they mean, and finding each separately could take hours ...

I would like access to Firefox Stories but the policy setting for FirefoxHome Stories is false. How do I get to these settings to change the false to true?

Until about a week ago the stories showed up on the New Tab. There is a side section on New Tab for customizing and the section had an option to see the stories. Now that section has no reference to the option.

Any suggestions?

Hello. I'm having trouble using a password manager or auto script function within that password manager. It says please enable JavaScript within your browser. I use Firefox as my default browser. This is not the only time I've been asked to enable JavaScript. When I go to do so, Java is already enabled. So I can't figure this out without your help. Thank you

I am looking to transfer apps and programs from an older desktop(running windows 10) to a new desktop(running windows 11)

i missed the deadline to change my primary email on firefox from cox.net when i try to add a secondary email, the verification code is being sent to the cox.net email account which is no longer active or accessible. The yahoo.com email which inherited the cox.net email accounts had a deadline which i missed as well The best solution would be a manual override to add another email as my primary email for my firefox account. this would be on the browser currently residing on the older(windows 10) computer...Please advise if this is possible alternatively, is there a way to open a new firefox account ? if so, would the cleaner install be a new firefox browser on the newer(windows 11) computer ?

The goal is to migrate bookmarks, set up a live primary email account and transfer saved passwords. manual entry can happen if needed but a file trasnfer of the firefox program in its entirety would be easier

My browser is not working as it should. Several sites do not work anymore and the browser keeps crashing. I'd like to refresh the browser, but the button is missing. I tried going to troubleshooting mode, but the button is not there either.

Not sure if uninstalling would do the same thing? Just not sure what is the best way to refresh. Thanks for any help!

I don't know how this happened, But I have two different for Firefox settings under "General heading"- says "default search" start-page and heading "Search" - says Firefox is search. I did not think that could be? how do I resolve this issue? I would like to make Start-page my default search engine in both. It has been very confusing.

I was using WhatsApp and i am facing problem. This account can no longer be used on WhatsApp. I have not done any such mistake on WhatsApp and my whatsapp is not working. It is very important to me. I follow all your rules and without doing anything here my whatsapp has stopped working. Please fix it quickly
