After the last Firefox update, I can no longer open download files (PDFs) from websites in Mac Default Viewer. I have tried the other settings such as open with Adobe, Ask, etc., but they continue to only open in the browser. For work, I download hundreds of documents from a county site, so having them open in my default viewer when I click the link was very useful for a productive work flow. I have tried to open files with my viewer from other sites, but it fails with those too. My tech team tried to help but seems to be a Firefox issue. Settings - Downloads - Files and Applications - PDF - Use Preview (or anything else) is not working. Firefox 157.01, Apple M2 Pro, Tahoe 26.6.2.

My Firefox is in English, but the new update page is never displayed in English,

Problem number 1: It should be based on the installed language.

Problem number 2: It says PT-PT but it's 100% PT-BR, What is "celular" and "privativo"?, sintax does not conform to european portuguese either.

This morning when I logged into my computer and opened Firefox, I received pop-up after pop-up message warning me that my computer had been infected with 3 viruses. When I clicked on one of the pop-ups, it took me to where I would have to pay something like $160 to fix it.

I immediately ran a virus check on my computer which showed absolutely NO THREATS. Since I these messages do not appear unless my Firefox browser is opened, I believe it is malware that potentially has invaded Mozilla.

I am reporting this, asking that you fully check this out. I am VERY careful what I click or do not click, and my system says there is nothing. Please help.

How can I remove CoPilot from my FireFox browsing? Microsoft recently installed Windows 11 Pro on top of my Windows 10 Pro. Now when I do a Firefox search, it's full of useless suggestions by CoPilot AI and I can't find the simple answer I'm looking for. When I can figure out how, I'll uninstall CoPilot. Meantime, I just want Firefox search to work the way it used to.

The site loads, but I’m noticing some differences in how the page appears/behaves compared with other browsers. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and testing in a private window, but I’d like to understand whether this could be related to a Firefox setting, extension, or rendering issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar in Firefox? What would be the best way to troubleshoot whether the problem is browser-specific?

After an update (seemingly, I did not run 'sudo pacman -Syu'), the tabs have changed in look and to be frank i find the new layout ugly. How do I turn it back? Attached is a photo of the new tab groups, i couldn't get one of the circular tabs.

You guys are doing really good. BUt I'm going to have to say- If it ain't broke don't fix it. Why change the shape of the grouped tabs icon??? Without having even a option to change it back or to something else entirely. Was there someone specifically asking for that appearance update? Can we as users have an option to not have that unpleasing, google-reminiscent* shape set for the grouped tabs? Please?

On Windows 10 Home I've been using Yahoo Finance to track stocks. After updating FF last week I have not been able to load graphs. I've tried refresh, reload, restart, remove cache but any graph shows "loading" or is blank content. Every idea except delete FF and reinstall. Other browsers I sometimes use do load the graphs no problem. What else can I try, or is this a bug? Thanks
