I followed the the instructions to sign in, and I get all these confusing & unending instructions that take me nowhere?

I followed the instructions to access Mozilla Firefox and nothing happened. Then there are unlimited instructions that lead me nowhere? It used to be so simple. That was… (kàsi)

I can't log into my account to sync because the email address associated with the account is no longer accessible. How can I overcome this hurdle?

How can I log in to my firefox account to sync on my new PC if I can't verify the email address associated with my account? I no longer have access to that email because… (kàsi)

I can’t verify my account because the verification link you sent my me is broken

Many verification emails have been sent. None of the links work. It’s also next to impossible to find a way to reach you so my account doesn’t get deleted. Smh…….. … (kàsi)

Why would I want to donate $ to Mozilla, when the customer service is so poor? My account username is [email address]. This is also my e-mail address. I would like to get my account unlocked so I can sync my passwords.
