Hello, My bookmarks not synced on my device after an software update of my phone. Previously I uninstalled the firefox and then after upgrading to latest software I have an issue in signing in.Thats why I resetted my password . And then I'm able to login with my account but my bookmarks never synced.(Have used email sign in) Help!.

I tried to set up Firefox on a new device, when I logged in it sent a verification email (I made sure typed it in correctly). I kept refreshing my inbox and checking spam folder on my other device but nothing came. I clicked "resend" and I got an error saying my verification email was returned, and that my account is now locked.

When I clicked on the support I logged in to this very community support forum using the same email and password I tried to log in into my account with!

Something is wrong with your verification email system and now I can't log in and sync my new device anymore :/

What can I do?

I managed to refresh/restore firefox on my mac and lost all of my saved logins. I'm trying to sync from my moto g stylus but nothing works. I can never get the we code to link my device to come up. Any idea how I can get my logins back?

I can't find clearly defined instructions on how to get my locked account unlocked. The email address I used is valid and is the same email address I've used on multiple devices. I have no clue why your email was bounced.

I have been using Firefox on both my Windows laptop and my android phone for the last 4 years, and my FF account is synced to both. I recently had to do a full system reset of my laptop. Upon reinstalling Firefox, I was prompted to sign in and after trying to remember the password I set 4 years ago (bad security hygiene, I know) I couldn't, and went to reset it.

I was warned that some or all of my settings, bookmarks, passwords, etc would be lost, and I wasn't wild about that but hoped at least some would be saved. Unfortunately, none were. Every single one of my bookmarks and passwords, all my history, everything was gone. I was pretty upset until I noticed that they were all still available on my phone.

I have since tried to sync my desktop version to my mobile app to recover at least some of the data (among other things, I have literally hundreds of recipes on here that I don't want to lose), without success. I've tried syncing from my phone, but I'm hesitant to try on my laptop since I don't want it to wipe all my phone info.

Is there any way for me to download my most recent FF data from the mobile app on my phone? I realise it's probably an enormous amount of info, but I'm willing to try anything to restore my data to my account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Synced tabs from my desktop indiscriminately mixes up tabs from all profiles. (I'm syncing from Linux to Android.) I use profiles to separate logins and other information, it's not useful to get them all in one list. Is this a limitation of synced tabs, or can they be kept separate?

After having a non successful pdf download - i stopped the download and the browser. To reset and clear the phone i did a forced restart of the phone.

I have done this to refresh this old Sony Xperia earlier since it seems to clog up with website crap and cookies from ordinary sites, and also not very much memory in the phone to use.

This time Firefox wouldn't recognize me as onlogged user on the phone and after a new login using my account pw. All bookmarks are lost and sync function cant find any older computer generated bookmarks either.

This happened on Nov 7-8 but i have no idea if any updates was done on Firefox during this period and a normal Firefox update went well Nov 9.

Is there any way to get bookmarks recovered from Firefox or where they for some reason killed of in the phone restart?

Help. Im all mixed up and my email accounts are too. Between gmail on my android and firefox on my desktop which is the same email address Im not getting all my emails . Its like my email ifor gmail is hidden in firefox or doesnt exist as gmail. wtf im all confused.
