I disabled extensions, themes and add-ons from Safe Mode without realising this cannot be reversed; now my Cafe World and Pioneer Trail games won't load. How can I reinstall the bits I need without having to reinstall the games?

I was having so many problems with Firefox's 'Unresponsive script' issue and so did a search and found out how to start in Safe Mode. Stupidly, I didn't read all the way through to see Mozilla's (not exactly prominent) warning that any changes could not be undone until after I'd disabled extensions, themes and add-ons. When I tried to load both Pioneer Trail and Cafe World, both games simply stop loading. Cafe World had an alert that I need to upgrade my Flash player, which I did, but the same error message came up after I reinstalled Flash and then restarted Firefox, but neither game is loading.

I've played these games for a long time and so am at high levels, so I really don't want to have to reinstall the games and start from scratch.

Is there a way to find out what extensions or add-ons I need for these games and install them?
