Launching FF 3.6 makes my headset erroneously signal an incoming call on Google Voice.

I use a Dynex headset for calls made through Google Voice. I keep the device plugged into my laptop, a Lenovo R61i Thinkpad. When I launch Firefox, my headset buzzes to indicate an incoming call, buzzing and pausing continuously. I have my Google Voice number configured to ring my desk phone, and when my headset is buzzing (in FF), my desk phone does not ring. I don't know if this is just an issue with FF and my headset, or FF and GV and my headset. If I unplug my headset and plug it back in, the problem does not recur until I launch FF again.
