I just had to reinstall Win7 on my computer and reintall Firefox, is there a way to retrieve my sync data from the Firefox folder the windows.old directory?

Just this morning I was forced to re-install Win7 on my computer. In doing so it created the Windows.old directory, of course. Now, having reinstalled Firefox I am trying to resync with my old Firefox settings and bookmarks, but I do not have a sync key for the old install.

Is there a way to migrate my data from the Firefox folder in the windows.old directory to my new install of Firefox?
