When inserting text into the Firefox search bar, I am not able to dismiss the suggestions that pop up. I've tried disabling search suggestions (no luck).

These are things I don't want on my bar. Is there any way to remove them?

I don't think disabling search suggestions is relevant here because you are getting results without entering a query into the search engine. Try deselecting some of the items in Address Bar - Firefox Suggest to see if that stops the suggestions from showing up.

I don't think disabling search suggestions is relevant here because you are getting results without entering a query into the search engine. Try deselecting some of the items in Address Bar - Firefox Suggest to see if that stops the suggestions from showing up.
