Hola, No entiendo como se puede bloquear el acceso a Internet cuando la cuenta esta llena, queras decir el acceso a la cuenta de correo? Si es una cuenta Imap por lo general los servidores de correo tienen una interfaz web para administrar o ver los correos tendrias que contactar a tu proveedor del servicio de correo. Saludos
