Hi

Is this a version of Firefox from the Microsoft store?

In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Hi Duane, two other notes:

(1) Your crash reports might not have submitted successfully. If those are in the Unsubmitted section of the about:crashes page, try clicking the Submit button and then sharing the new ID assigned by the crash stats server.

(2) Some users of computers with AMD Zen CPUs are experiencing crashing on Twitch, and this issue might also affect other sites. Here's a thread about that: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1393585 -- unsolved for now.

To answer your question about downgrading, you can, but Firefox won't automatically down-migrate your data, and you may be exposed to known security risks. Please see this article for more information: Install an older version of Firefox.

Looks like the official release with the AMD Zen processor fix is out now:

Does that resolve the issue?
