Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While you are in Troubleshoot(Safe) mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

I'm 67, and this problem (Redbubble logging me out ad nauseaum while working on my art items) has been going since about mid-2021 - I'm polite, and always respectful and thankful for any helpful reply (if any) that is sent to me when I contact a company about online problems. All I got from Redbubble for over six months now is 'clear cache / delete history / try another browser like Chrome or others'). I don't wish to - other browsers have in the past given me lots of problems with my computers (I have a 2014 iMac, a 2013 macbook pro, and now a 2021 macbook air). Thinking that my old iMac/macbook are the cause of the persistent 'chucking out' and having to log in again, I bought a new macbook, with latest Firefox, but the problem persists - my history/cache is emptied when I close firefox ... deleting cache/history has never fixed the chuckout/login issue. Redbubble insists on sending me to 'another browser'. I tried Safari, but with Safari I cannot even get the login page at Redbubble dot com. I said to Redbubble that I give up - and I have - I just go through the endless chuckout-login each time I need to work on one of my pieces. At least I've found out that I'm not going mad, and that there are others in the same situation - maybe one day it'll resolve itself.....I just find it curious that no other online account, including my bank, gives me this kind of problem, only Redbubble does ...
