How can I get my Firefox search engine back? I used to have it until my Android phone did an automatic update and it was deleted. Now I am forced to use Google. I don't want Google to be my search engine. I'm technology challenged thus I need instructions on how to get it back with simple step by step guide. HELP.

Here are the default Search Engines, Firefox is not one of them. see screenshot If you're not a Google fan try DuckDuckGo.

Firefox is a web browser that uses search engines. Type about:preferences#search<enter> in the address bar. You can select any search engine to be your default from here.

You can also remove any engine from here.
