Here are the default Search Engines, Firefox is not one of them. see screenshot If you're not a Google fan try DuckDuckGo.

Firefox is a web browser that uses search engines. Type about:preferences#search<enter> in the address bar. You can select any search engine to be your default from here.

You can also remove any engine from here.
