How do I bookmark the same page/site to 2 or more different folders?

I'd like to bookmark a certain web page/ site to 2 or more separate folders; Ultimately the web page is saved to the last folder I saved it to. Not both. Is there a simple, east way to accomplish this? Thank you.

Hi rsm333rsm, Firefox won't let you save or create a bookmark with the same Location (site) in the same folder. Also, you can not save or create a bookmark with the same Name anywhere in your bookmarks.

You can save or create a bookmark of the same Location with a different Name in different folders.

For example, I have a bookmark for this forum on my bookmarks toolbar Named "Forum" and I have a bookmark with the same Location saved in a different folder with the Name "Firefox Support Forum."

In bookmarks manager ...

1. Highlight the website that you want to copy. 2. Right click it, and select "Copy URL." 2. Click the folder that you want to copy the website to. 3. Hit CTRL+V to paste the website in the new folder.

The simplest way is to drag the Tab (for the page that you want to bookmark) into the Bookmarks Toolbar or into the Bookmarks Sidebar.

You can hold the Ctrl key and drag an existing bookmark to another folder to create a copy or do a copy and paste via the right-click context menu.
