Is there any way to increase the size of the taskbar (not toolbar) icons?

It's easy to increase the size of the toolbar icons but I haven't been able to find an adjustment for the task bar icons (lowest part of screen).

That is a question for Windows 10 support. Sorry, I don't use Win10 and I'm not familiar with the settings available in such.
