i sign back into my account because eariler it wouldnt connect to a vpn and now that im siging back into the vpn i t still says get started

The page tells me I am signed in successfully and able to start using the VPN, while the VPN drop-down still urges me to sign in, which starts the new tab and same process over again.
SIGN-IN BUT vpn WILL NOT OPEN
i don't have the vpn setup prompt in the toolbar as described. It also does not appear in the customize toolbar section.
