I kept getting msgs from xfinity server " we have temporarily blacklisted your IP address, try again later." So I uninstalled Thunderbird from my Android and reinstall it and imported the settings from my desktop Thunderbird, using the QR Code method. My Android Thunderbird now only shows the output folder. It has not tried to fetch an email. Or show any inbox trash or sent folders. What's going on?

Hi, I use TB for quite a while on my pc. Tried to use TB 4 A. I used the import function. Got 3 accts. Scanned the QR code and it seemed to import all of them. But then I noticed the Gmail POP acct was not showing any entries. I got confused, so I uninstalled and then Only imported the Gmail account. Nothing was there in any folder.

Is there a problem with POP? The documentation says no.

I am unable to export from tbird windows to Android. When I click on the first qr code and then done phone goes back to the import page. This has been for quite awhile. I have 9 accounts to export and get 3 qr codes on pc.

What do I?

Same on w10 or w11.

I don´t know the password. Can`t I change the password?

I have now entered all possible variations of passwords, but nothing fits. I have signed in to Microsoft, can still access my account, but no longer use it. This password is not accepted either. So I can`t create the QR code.

   You must ask your administrator to authorize Thunderbird – approval must be done, but only once.
   Per Microsoft documentation, administrators should visit https://login.microsoftonline.com/{tenant-id}/adminconsent?client_id=9e5f94bc-e8a4-4e73-b8be-63364c29d753 and grant the following permissions in order to authorize Mozilla Thunderbird: IMAP.AccessAsUser.All, POP.AccessAsUser.Al, SMTP.Send and offline_access

When I Export to Mobile on desktop, it generates a QR code, but the mobile app won't scan it even though it has permission. No matter how I position the phone, it won't scan. If I use the camera app, it scans but won't open in Tbird Mobile.
