The last response was 14 August for numerous queries. All still outstanding in my support log. Am I looking at yet another failing brand that didn't adapt and whose market share crashed ? Just looking to get out now and find another browser. Astonishing. The bad moves and mismanagement... All there to read about from business analyses sites. Unbelievable.

I enjoy doing the mini-crossword. However, sometimes having completed the answers, the widget goes to 'completed'. However, there is no option to review the clues. Can we have this added please ?

is there any way to contact someone from actual support about reporting/taking down an obvious spam bot account? i have an old post in the connect forum that i can no longer access (my email has changed and it didn't connect to my account for some reason). this bot account is responding to the post with spam messages: user byt434t. looking at their other responses shows nothing but similar spam messages.

i have already reported the messages to moderators but that might be myself (who can no longer control that specific account regardless).

much appreciation for anyone who can rectify this issue.

Thank god i can say what i need to say: To begin with, I am 83 years old and because of that, i cannot be blamed for doing something wrong. if i did something wrong just ask me to call an engineer to do what you want me to do, because i could not do anything wrong. at my age we don't do that type of things, we're good people. please help me undo whatever you didn't like and i'm sorry to have done something you hate, but it wasn't my fault. I didn't know you didn't like what I am supposed to have done

i clicke on Facebook i clicked on any website or app and it keeps satying before it loads that firefox is running why is it doing this so now i can not use firefox

recently i've created a html backup file in zen browser. and when i choose it in the settings menu on another device it says "This file isn’t working. Try picking a different file."

I have two files with the given content:

one.pdf .. the book jane eyre two.pdf .. the book adam bede

I go to https://duck.ai/chat and press the paperclip icon to upload a file. I upload one.pdf. I ask the AI to analyse it. It says it's jane eyre. This is correct.

On my disk, I rename one.pdf to one.old.pdf and rename two.pdf to one.pdf. I then ask the AI to reanalyse the file. It says its adam bede, which one.pdf now is, so that's correct too.

Under my understanding, if I upload something using HTML, it's uploaded. What I'm seeing above is the AI dynamically reaching into my hard drive and reading the current file. Note: I never uploaded a file containing adam bede, nor did I consent for it to be read by the AI.

What is going on there?

I get pages on my cell phone which also uses Firefox and saying my phone has been hacked and has "Google Security" on top. this is just one example. I am trying to see if Firefox has a screen for this.

My Google gmail icon disappeared a few days ago. I can't get into my email. I have had to go into the firefox icon. I just answered yes to making firefox my browser. Now what???????? I still need to get into my gmail.

Earlier. I purchased the annual subscription for Mozila's VPN. But after finding out it impacted my browser's performance negatively, I tried to cancel it. It got cancelled. But I haven't been refunded yet, and noticed that the card number on the receipt is completely different than the one I used, in fact. None of my cards have the number shown.
