Since a long Time i see Advertisements with Mozilla VPN for free. For shure not a real VPN but ... all Sites that i open with Mozilla should be bether protected. I never found this option and i think its again for "selected" Users. So i am not good enough ?

Running Windows 11 x-64. Mozilla Firefox splash screen does not load. Even after one hour, I can still see twelve, blank "boxes". There is a continuous, left-to-right, vertical, "windscreen-wiper-like" movement within each of the twelve boxes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Mozilla Firefox, including a standalone installation. Sadly: this has not changed matters. Please see attached screenshot. Regards and thanks.

I am writing to formally request the development and release of an official Firefox browser version optimized for OpenHarmony / HarmonyOS.

I am currently using a new smartphone running OpenHarmony 6.0. As the ecosystem grows rapidly, there is a substantial and increasing base of users who rely on this operating system for their daily stage environment. Currently, the browser options available on this platform are quite limited.

Firefox is widely celebrated for its privacy-focused features, strong extension/add-on ecosystem, and its independent Gecko rendering engine. Having Firefox natively available on OpenHarmony would significantly enhance the browsing experience, privacy security, and freedom of choice for millions of users within this new ecosystem.

Could the development team please consider adding OpenHarmony support to the official roadmap? Alternatively, if there is an existing experimental build, a community port, or a workaround to compile it for this architecture, I would greatly appreciate any guidance.

The Firefox update I was prompted to initiate on May 12 resulted in a compatibility issue message. Following Firebox Help recommendations, I re-installed my Firefox. Now I see that my downloads folder has a long string of unfamiliar files, and I need assurance that these are not remnants of malicious activity. All files have names like i-33639-002-XX.jpg and are dated the same time (5/12/2026, 4:07 PM). Each file shows as “0 KB” in size. All are listed as “JPG File”. Has this happened to other Firefox users?

I have the latest Firefox update (150.0.1) and cannot get the free VPN on my desktop. I have it on my laptop and my wife has it on her laptop. Any thoughts how I can get it on my desktop. I am synced with my Mozilla account. Thanks.

Hi! In one of the updates they added built in VPN but i sorta cant find it, is it just feature for select people atm that will roll out fully or? I looked in my settings and stuff i can only find the vpn subsription

I found on a browser search that setting icon means there are customizable features available. I updated to latest version of Firefox but have no idea what other features are available to customize. Too many setting options to go through every one. How do I find out what I need to do to get the settings icon to go away.

Some Firefox update recently put that huge banner of wasted space with a Firefox logo on the top of my Home Page. Before we could go into config and take it away, but no more. This giant banner is invisible, but pushes all my tiles linking to saved pages well below the window of my laptop. Weird choice, and apparently, everyone hates it. Please good people of Mozilla, rethink this nonsense. This is a FEEDBACK, from a long longtime user and admirer of Mozilla, and a yearly donator. Have pity.

How can someone give feedback to Mozilla, not to the "help forum" per se? I want to let Mozilla know I do not like the Firefox logo with its surrounding invisible banner that takes up two-thirds of my home page and pushes my medallions or icons thingies of saved links so far down that they are most invisible. This makes no sense and is unpopular, I have been able to take it off the Home Page, but no linger can go into the config to change it appearing. The web is abuzz with unhappy users over this new update. I want to tell Mozilla, but all I can get is the Forum, which I assume is full of other Firefox users like me, and not "Deciders". Suggestions?

Hi, I am using Firefox version 150.0.3 (64 bit). It says it is up to date and I'm on Windows 11and it is fully updated. I use the Colorado Peak website but can not upload documents to them or read my mail from them. I have to go to another browser to do that.

I have used Firefox as my default browser for over 20 years I don't want to give it up or use another browser even to do just a few things once in a while. Peak tech support says they have communicated with Firefox but gotten no response. Help!!

I'm suppose to see a sparkle button, and I recall having seen it on my desktop, but it's disappeared. I do have accounts with both Anthropic and ChatGAPT, I'd like to access them from the side bar, not a tab. How do I get that sparkle button back?
