How can I unfreeze the soutwest airlines website?
I am unable to open the drop down boxes on the southwest airlines website. I am unable to put in departure or arrival city or use the drop down date calendars. I have used this site several times in the past without a problem. I am able to use it using a different browser (Internet Explorer)

Check that you have javascript enabled
- Tools -> Options -> Content = enable javascript
- see Settings for web content, pop-ups, fonts, and languages
If you have a problem with a website it is often worth clearing the browser cache and any cookies relating to that site. I also note you appear to be using version 3.5 of Firefox, the latest ordinary release is Firefox 3.6.15 it may be worth updating to see if that helps see
