Hi William, it sounds as though something change during the latest Firefox update. Could you describe the problem in more detail? (Not by email, but here at https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1509081) Some other users have reported that their normal "Firefox Home" page is not loading, it's just blank. That problem is being studied and I'm not sure what the solution is yet. Meanwhile, hopefully you can search normally using the address bar, and you can get to your bookmarks using Ctrl+B to open/close the sidebar.
