itu adalah contoh dari web yang saya mau buka ternyata error. Ngga hanya sekali, beberapa website pemerintah lokal yang mau saya buka terkadang memperingati bahwa websitenya tidak aman (Not Secured).

Apa karna Laptopnya bukan produk lokal? laptop saya ini dari Singapure dan pengaturan awalnya tidak bisa diganti, jadi tidak bisa dibuka website2 lokalnya? karna mendeteksi dan kebacanya IP laptop saya asing?

Hello, the screenshot shows an error on the server side. There is no way for an end-use like you or me to work around that. However, it's possible the government moved the site to a new address and did not fix/remove the old one. Can you find a newer address for the site you need?
