Firefox still not updating in the background like other browsers

I already have "Automatically install updates" and "When Firefox is not running" enabled. But after each Firefox update I still get the "Do you want to allow this app to … (jàng ci lu gën a bari)

I already have "Automatically install updates" and "When Firefox is not running" enabled.

But after each Firefox update I still get the "Do you want to allow this app to make changes..." prompt and "Firefox is installing your updates and will start in a few moments" window. These are inconvenient as they require user input and take up time.

I don't get these on all other browsers I use (including Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi, Brave), which all update in the background seamlessly.

Is there a way to prevent these in Firefox and just have Firefox update seamlessly in the background like other browsers?

keeps asking me to unlock Firefox
