How do I fix Firefox getting confused over what color mode is active on Android?

Firefox will often display itself in light mode when dark mode is active. Rarely the opposite though. It happens randomly as far as I can tell, but maybe there's a patter… (jàng ci lu gën a bari)

Firefox will often display itself in light mode when dark mode is active. Rarely the opposite though.

It happens randomly as far as I can tell, but maybe there's a pattern to it somehow, perhaps regarding doze mode?

Would love to know if I'm not the only one, and maybe if there's a way to fix it, or there's a bug report for it already that we can follow for updates.

Top bar/frame of Firefox window has disappeared

Hello. 😊 I have a question about my copy of Firefox for Windows v152.0.6 x64. (For the record, I have nasty feeling that I'm using the wrong forum; but the address bar says I'm in the right one.)

In my main profile, the one that I have been using for years, the "Home and Startup" part of my settings page shows the following:

- Firefox Home 

 - Search
 - **Weather**
 - Shortcut
 - Support Firefox
 - Recent Activity
   - Visited pages
   - Bookmarks
   - Most recent download
   - [Choose a wallpaper]
 - Firefox logo

Today, I went to about:profiles and created a new profile. This new profile offers different settings:

- Firefox Home 

 - Search
 - **Widgets**
   - **Lists**
   - **Timer**
   - **Sports**
   - **Clock**
   - **Weather**
 - Shortcuts
 - Support Firefox
 - Recent Activity
   - Visited pages
   - Bookmarks
   - Most recent download
   - [Choose a wallpaper]
 - Firefox logo

That's strange, isn't it? Why the difference? And how can get all the goodies of the new profile under my old profile?

How to turn off wallpaper suggestion pop-ups?

I have already turned off the 3 or 4 different types of firefox suggestions in the settings. Did they add yet another one? I can't find anything about it in the settings.… (jàng ci lu gën a bari)

Hello I seem to have lost the ability to choose whether my bookmarks toolbar displays icons and text or icons only. At present I have icons plus 4 letters of text fading out. I want to return to icons only. How do I do this? Regards
