every time I go on to a new site such as you tube or even to open my email or go to facebook I have to wait and wait and then at the top of my page it says firefox not responding and then I have to wait and wait it is getting fustrating I have a laptop here at home and have internet but i always get inturupted when I go to open another page

I have no way to get an email to someone. I have alerted Avast about 15 x that I have no mailbox or Safari, yet they don’t help me. Can you please offer any help?! Don’t send the answer cuz it has no place to be delivered. All I can say is when I go into the Apple apps store. I go to apps look up mail and it says it has restrictions on it. That’s all I know or can tell you.
