I am no longer able to pay accounts using Firefox, such as my supermarket and Govt motor vehicle registration, so I have to do that bit through another browser. It used to be okay, until recently. Supermarket is through direct debit, and car reg is by credit card. I can do the order without any problems, until the actual payment is tried, at which time I have to go to another browser and copy the URL at that stage, and pay it. What may be causing that? Since the last two updates, Not including the current update as I have not downloaded it because I am sick of them, I cannot see any images on Sky news articles. There is just a white box where the images should be.

Also the back/forward buttons are useless. I do a search on Bing and click through the pages then when I , say get to page six and retype for another article the previous search doesn't exist when I use the back button. I have to remember and retype the name of the article I am looking for.

Why am I suddenly receiving this error message when signing onto explore.org live camera feed. Error message is "Playback isn't supported on this device". i am able to play other videos on you tube,etc. How can I fix this?

I am using a Macbook air.

Following the last couple of updates I am now unable to see my Facebook feed, it will load the page except its only sort of highlighted. When attempting to load anything including messages it just hangs.

I have the same issue trying to access my Superannuation account, it simply hangs and eventually tells me to contact my fund due to a technical issue.

If I use Chrome or Safari or my iphone I can get in no problem to both of these.

I have tried disabling the VPN before we had it and after-no good!

This message "We are experiencing some temporary issues. The market data on this page is currently delayed." display by Firefox every time I get into finance.yahoo.com recently, but not by other browser. search the message online and follow the steps try to solve the problem and not success.

When I try to make a Google search I get the following message, "I'm not a robot" with a reCAPTCHA: "Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. This page checks to see if it's really you sending the requests, and not a robot. Why did this happen?". This happens on Firefox, but not Chrome or Edge. I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Hitman Pro, Trend Micro House Call and Microsoft Defender, nothing detected. Running Win 10 (64) with 'Extended Security Updates', Firefox 152.0.3 (64), no additional Extensions or Plugins, no VPN and have run through the troubleshooting suggestions. Also I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. Note: currently I do have extensions installed, previously I did not, however with or without the problem exists Attached screenshots

I am experiencing an issue where YouTube videos are very slow, buffering frequently, or playing in low quality when using Firefox on my computer. This problem happens even when my internet connection seems fine for other websites.

I have tried refreshing the page and restarting the browser, but the issue still continues. I would like help to understand what might be causing this and how I can fix it.

Please let me know if you need more details or steps for me to test.

I'm having problems Logging Out of my Credit Union website: https://www.myconsumers.org/ I tried clearing cache and cookies but that didn't work. Log Out is working OK with Google Chrome. I may have to make that my default browser once again.

I have recently switched to Firefox, from chrome/edge and I love it. One thing that I cannot get over, however is video conference quality. I call my parents every week and we use Google Meet. The video quality on my end is not only limited to 720P on Firefox, but it is cropped and grainy. It is really bad. I cannot use it. I've tried everything I can think of, but I can't fix it. I don't know if there is a way to submit direct feedback to Firefox, since the link to their feedback site leads here, but I wish they would improve this.

There's a particular couple of links in Gmail, from a specific email, which sends links I need to go to, and they will not open, yet gives an error message. This has been happening for years. The sender sends these links to all members, and I'm the only one who cannot open them. 2 decades ago I was able to open them.

This is in response to an email sent to me today June 27, 2026, with authorization code (111081). I just purchased a new PC desktop in May of this year. The problem I'm having with Firefox web browser is every time I use your browser the statement comes across the top of the page that windows browsers are no longer supporting (windows 10). My computer is a (windows 11), and there are other websites that I go to that are blocking me from using their site because it. Additionally, I am trying to setup a new email system via Proton email, which use VPN's that actually appear that someone else signing in from another location in order to keep their users safer. Also, I'm dealing with Comcast email system which they are in the process of deleting their (@comcast.net) accounts. I spoke the company that I purchased my computer from and they told me that I would need to get in touch with Firefox to get the windows 10 information off your website. I have copied the info for my computer below. I deleted my serial number because I didn't think you needed that. I actually spoke about having windows 11 in my last response to you all. I recently bought a new computer with Windows 11. All my passwords and user names have been transferred to this new computer and appear to work. However, with Win11 on this new computer, I am not able to log into my Costco account w Firefox and have to use Chrome or MS instead.

Please help me release the cookie for eBird.org sonograms so that they are not blocked or tell me how to do it in plain, non-jargon English step by step. Nobody has answered my requests for help with this. My advice from eBird was to use Edge or Chrome instead, which I don't want to do, especially. Surely there must be someone at Mozilla who uses eBird who can understand how frustrating this is.

So no matter what browser you are using, if it's powered by Chromium you're effectively using Chrome, and our website/charts should work as designed. Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet, and Opera all fall into this category. However, I’m afraid that Firefox does not."

When using Firefox google will not allow access. If I use google chrome - No problem.

This just started recently. I have used Firefox as my default browse for years with no problems. Why now has google begun blocking access?

hi Normally i write email & use mouse cursor to Highlight text & can edit text colour/size etc then send email. After a recent firefox update ; the cursor dissappears so unable to edit email text before sending. It is ok when accessing my yahoo/aol mailboxes email using Edge browser.

What is firefox settings fix???
