I am running Firefox version 153.0.1 on a 64bit install of Windows 11.

A few days ago I had to factory reset my computer, including a clean Windows install. Since then, when attempting to access https://vodafone.cz/muj/prihlaseni, I get an Imperva Error 15 "Access Denied" error screen - screenshot attached here. Clicking the Imperva logo on the bottom of the error message leads to https://www.imperva.com/why-am-i-seeing-this-page/?src=23.

I was able to access the site in the past, most recently on July 8, 2026 - this would have been Firefox version 152.0.5.

This error persists in troubleshooting mode but not in private/anonymous (with or without extensions enabled), nor does it appear in Microsoft Edge or Firefox on Adroid.

Clearing cookies and cache did not help - in fact the error first showed up on a clean install of Firefox, when there weren't any cookies or cache stored yet. I've tried different DNS over HTTPS settings and listing the site as an exception in settings, but none of this made a difference. Enabling Firefox's built in VPN also made no difference, regardless of the selected location.

I found a recent post (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1588627) describing a similar issue on a different website and tried the suggestion listed there to try a fresh profile - this seemed to work, but within a couple of minutes of browsing the error message returned. I've even reinstalled Firefox entirely, but this too did not help for long.

Interestingly enough, the error message lists a proxy IP address (not blacked out on the screenshot) despite the fact that I am not using a proxy.

The website provider's tech support claims this is an issue on the user side, not theirs - they have not been able to replicate the issue.

Is there anything I'm missing that would explain why this is happening?

On some forums - not this one - I am unable to complete the relevant text box to compose a reply. EG the Devon forum: https://discourse.devontechnologies.com/t/sync-between-mac-and-ipad-works-and-iphone-not-working/87390/7 No text appears and the text box is completely inoperative. The problem is not confined to that site, but I have experienced similar on other Forums.

I use Ublock Origin which I thought might be causing a problem but disabling it has no effect, neither does disabling Little Snitch. As a result I've concluded this is probably caused by something in my settings but I don't know which or where to look.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Running on Windows 11. There are many supposed "solutions" on the Web, but none of them work. I have tried with: about:config, css files, etc. None of them work.

I like Firefox greatly, but this is so frustrating.

The developers have created a solution to a problem that didn't exist. The result is to make Firefox user clumsy.

It would have been nice if they - at the very least - had provided a way to change the 'Profiles' icon position on the menu.

Again, Firefox 153.0.1 (64-bit) on up-to-date Windows 11. Amd Ryzen 5, 6 core processor, 32 GB Ram, 500 GB SSD C drive = 197 GB free.

images, text boxes dropdown menus and anything of the like reload the moment i scroll even slightly text boxes and dropdown menus dont reload text or option chosen just the image/ box no clue what could be causing it doesn't appear on mobile just PC. appears when searching with duck duck go and google also reloads when moving over images and a good chunk of the time only loads them partially/ flickering, not unusable just annoying thanks

Using the Mozilla VPN, I select a location in the USA. After a few hours, my public IP address / location will be different than what I selected in the VPN app; for example, I select "San Francisco, CA" in the VPN, and a few hours later my email sign-in location (or using mylocation.org) is somewhere in India - that's not even in the list of locations we can select for the VPN. Is my VPN being hacked? I'm using Windows 11 with the latest update and the built-in Windows Security. On my android phone, the VPN location shows as 'Starkville, TN', which is also not on the VPN location select list.

i can manually disable the notification requests in a single instance. However, how can i accomplish the same for my other 1000 users in one policy?

I tried different permission notification registry settings, but none seem to work. probably getting lost in the AI web that doesn't exactly know how to fix it.

I’m looking for something i can set in the registry,powershell or by gpo. It should work in all cases, new and existing firefox profiles.

Every time I select Gmail on Firefox page, it requires me to sign in with a code. I have selected 'Strict' for browser privacy and 'Clear history after closing Firefox'... plus a number of other settings. I then get a notice of someone signing into my account each time, as does the person who I use as a backup to my account. I'd like not to go through that each time I access my Gmail account.

For some reason I can not understand the search bar in my toolbar has become so small that it is borderline unusable. No amount of removing and replacing it, fiddling with empty spaces, etc. has any effect on it. Furthermore it appears completely normal sized when I'm editing the toolbar. Does anyone have any clue what causes this?

As of about last Thursday, I have been unable to access my Isomedia.com SpamTitan01 account. I usually have a trove of spam messages, which I look at and delete, except for the one or two that are real emails. For the last 5 days My Titan vault is empty, though it is trying to retrieve data. My address is [redacted] @pioneernet.net Could it be that a Firefox update is preventing me from access?

Hi, I try to use Firefox for my job and faced with the problem that I can't open state owned website due to sertificate signature error. I ready to take a risk but I can't find the button "Proceed.. (Risky)". This button simply not showing. In th same time in mobile version I saw this button, could take permssions myself and open the website. I tryed to add root and sub sertificates of the Goverment, tryed to add the site address to exclusions -- all these steps don't work. I can't open the site and can't find button "Proceed.. (Risky)". Moreover, in the same time, I can open this website without any questions and problems with Safari and Chrome.

I use the last Firefox version (153.0) from Firefox official website.

How can I resolve this problem in Firefox? Please help me

Right clicking a pic on the web has a CONTEXT MENU entry of "Search Image on Tineye"

How do I remove this entry?

There are actually many context entries in Firefox I would like to remove. Is there a general way to do so?

I am using Firefox Developer Edition version 154.0b5 (latest according to settings) and when I try double clicking or use ctrl + A, the url won't be selected (or parts of it if I try something selecting something specific). Double clicking doesn't work at all.

Is this a bug?

I don't use Firefox daily, so not sure exactly when it last opened ok on my iMac (26.5.2). So I downloaded Version=153.0.1 BuildID=20260727124451, and tried again. When attempting to launch, the icon in the dock bounced a few times, then nothing. When repeated, it only bounces once.

Likely unrelated, but I had very recently upgraded my LuLu app (4.4.3) from Objective-See. It monitors outbound connections. But disabling the app changes nothing.

I'm not a MacOS guru. I expect there is an error in a log file somewhere that reveals the problem, but I don't know where to look.

Suggestions?

Since one of the latest updates, Firefox keeps randomly showing me a popup saying "pin this tab", pointing to a tab I just opened. I close it with its X button, but after a while it just pops up again. I don't want to pin a tab, ever - I have bookmarks for a reason and I don't see any point in this feature. How do I stop this incredibly annoying popup from bugging me constantly to do something I never want to do?
