additional plug-ins

I have had Firefox for a couple of months and I do like it very much. Before you I had Zoomtown. My problem is I cannot send greeting cards, compose e-mails with little smiley faces and quite a few other things without additional plug-ins. I never needed these things before. I really don't understand plug-ins. It sounds very comlpicated. Please let me know how I can send cards and the other things I mentioned. Thank You Betty

Maybe you can still use Zoomtown in Firefox. If you start here, can you use your favorite old features?

I do not understand how I can switch between Firefox and Zoomtown. Why do I need so many additional plug-ins?

I'm not very familiar with Zoomtown, I just looked it up when I posted my earlier response. Maybe you were using it in Internet Explorer?

Hello, I tried going to Zoomtown.com but I still am told I need additional plug-ins. I'm sorry but I think I will have to change from Firefox to Zoomtown. I still do not understand why I need plug-ins to send greeting cards and other things such as games etc. I have not been given an answer. Thank You

I think the problem is that there are not a lot of Zoomtown customers reading this forum. Can Zoomtown help you with making Firefox compatible? If not, you can use Internet Explorer.
