When Anti my Virus/Malware issues an alert I close Firefox. On re-opening Firefox the website that triggered the alert re-opens and I'm forced to shutdown. Opening previous session without the option to cancel must be a security issue. "Open Previous Session" did not appear on screen but minimized page in center of monitor/screen.

I've updated from 3.5.16 - 4.0 to 4.01.
