No audio in videos only on Facebook and only when using Firefox

Hi, I am stumped and I have gone through all the settings discussed in Firefox help as well as Facebook.

The problem is that there is no audio in videos on Facebook using Firefox. There is no problem with the audio in videos on Facebook using Chrome. Oddly, there is audio when viewing videos on YouTube in Firefox. Firefox is my browser of choice and I would like to to continue to use it but it's frustrating to not be able to hear the audio on Facebook and then have to switch to Chrome.

In case it makes any difference, I recently switched to duckduckgo as my search engine. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fix this?
