I have used a number of passwords (6 pages full) & they are in fox, but I cannnot use them.

I have lost at least a week of time trying to get my passwords straight & get the password manage to work. I am a 96yr old vet of WWII and the president of 2 non-profits & lay-leader for a Methodist church. So I badly need to get things working. I have been with Fox for probably 30 years & would like to stay & badly need to get on with our business. Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?


For safety reasons, it would be best to save your passwords to a separate file just in case.
