Please contact me and explain the reason you charged me, I don't remember authorizing you to access my PayPal account although I have made some contributions to Firefox and may have used PayPal to do that.

If your instructions are useless how are your claims of competence as a browser any different? Why is use, or even the simple attempt to use your well touted product so bloody frustrating?
