I have looked in \AppData\ for cached images. I took a printscreen image then cropped it, and I need the original to help a software company find a glaring error in their programming. Normally Windows puts temporary images into the \TEMP\ directory, but it's empty and I have not cleared the cache nor deleted files. Where can I look?

Hello, I recently was notified via the Firefox Plugin checker that my version of Silverlight was outdated. Going to the site linked, I made an attempt to download the latest version. However, upon making this attempt, I was informed that my browser did not support the 64-bit version of Silverlight. Not only that, but it now appears that I no longer have that plugin. Thus, I have a few questions- 1) Do I even need Silverlight? I can access YouTube just fine (video and sound plays just fine barring issues that have more to do with the age/wear of my computer than anything) 2) If the answer to above is "yes", how do I get Silverlight back?

It does it on any site I visit. I have tried clearing my cashe and cookies. It has gotten to the point I can't do anything becasue it stops responding. This started when I had version 3.5 and has continued since I upgraded to the newst version. It is only Firefox and not my other browsers so I don't see how it is my computer. Anything I can do to make it stop and work properly?
The reason mine was doing it was becasue of the add-ons. I deleted them all and only reinstalled AdBlock Plus, no script, request policy, and the video downloader. I have not had a problem since. It was either Mr Tech Toolkit or the personas. :(

Whenever I watch any type of video with Firefox, the audio and video do not sync. They are fine if I watch them in IE but I hate using IE (so very slow). I have tried updating firefox, but I have the most recent update. I have updated Java and Adobe as well and none of these seem to be the problem. It doesn't matter which website I use, all videos do this when viewed with Firefox.

How do I get ride of the dreadful CONDUIT SEARCH which has colonised my Firefox search like computer Herpes? I have tried a few of the replies but nothing has helped - it appears nowhere on any program list and even the following didn't do the trick :-
Owner AnonymousUser 1 year ago Several tried to but no one seemed to understand the real problem. I COULD, because it was mine too. So it follows the only ultimate solution:
1. Open Firefox 2. On the address bar, type – about:config in the URL. Press Enter. 3. You will be warned about Warranty. Click on “I’ll be careful…”
4. On the Filter dialog box type – search.conduit 5. It will display all related entries. Right-click on Preferences Name and Reset. It worked for me, after trying a dozen of "fake" solutions. ;)

This just started a few days ago - prior to that I was able to log into those https sites without issue. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Why is my Adobe Flash slow and laggy on Firefox, no matter what I try, but works just fine on IE7?

Whenever I watch anything requiring Adobe Flash (a YouTube vid, an anime episode on Crunchyroll, the latest episode of a show on RoosterTeeth's website, etc) on my Firefox (Version 22), it's horribly laggy and slow, with the picture AND sound lagging and 'skipping', and occasionally for YouTube the image will 'pixellate' and/or the sound quality will nosedive. According to the right-click option, my Firefox uses Flash 11.8. However, watching a vid on my Internet Explorer 7, which uses Flash 10.0, produces no such problems; the picture and sound are excellent. This problem has persisted ever since shortly after I first installed and began using Firefox earlier this year, when I (apparently mistakenly) accepted the offer to update my Firefox's Adobe Flash to Version 11 (it kept giving me "your Flash is outdated" messages that I had to click away to watch a vid, and that annoyed me so I wanted to make it stop).
This problem has been plaguing me for several months, and now that RoosterTeeth no longer supports IE7, I am unable to properly watch their new episodes. I have tried nearly everything - disabling Hardware Acceleration (with Firefox AND with Adobe Flash), having other tabs closed, several Flash updates as they become available since this problem's inception, upgrading my graphics driver, desperate prayer to God (and I'm a fairly secular man), EVERYTHING.
Could someone please tell me what is causing this months-running problem and how I could possibly hope to fix it?
